The portal uses no cookies for tracking or advertising. Contact and suggestion forms collect only the details you submit.

Your light/dark mode choice is stored only in your browser and is never sent to our servers.

The admin dashboard counts page views, searches, category choices and link clicks without storing search text or IP addresses in usage statistics. Daily counts are kept for 90 days. A random ID in your browser tab's session storage supports an approximate live count and expires from the server after two minutes without activity.

When you suggest a site or send a contact message, we keep the details you submit so we can review or reply. Short-lived abuse-prevention limits use your network address separately from usage statistics.

External links take you to websites run by other bodies, which have their own privacy policies.
